Using SPIP with CD-based webserver on Mac&Win?

I’m asked to produce interactive fully-functional "copy" of my client’s website that uses SPIP. Those copies need to be distributed on CDROMs to end-users; webserver with SPIP and database server should run from CDROM without explicit installation by the user, on Windows and MacOS X. It seems this special web server can be used for this: http://www.stunnix.com/prod/aws/ove... Has anybody tried to do something like that?

just copy an easyphp installation, on the CD, launch it with a autorun

The autorun launch a script which automatically insert a "sql queries" file in your database. (indeed, i don’t think you can copy mysql data on the CD, but perhaps i’m wrong),

Then you redirect the user to the website
