Hello, Sorry for my bad english,

I installed my own webserver (Apache/2.0.49 (Win32) PHP/4.3.5 Server ) on a windows 2000 server and i would install spip (SPIP 1.9.2) with the "spip_loader.php".

When i click on the button to start the download and the installation of Spip i get this error :

Warning: touch(): Utime failed: Permission denied in D:\www\spip\spip_loader.php on line 480

What should i do ? Thankx
